“…pain is the root of knowledge.” -Simone Weil
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Together, we explore how our experiences and unresolved emotional pain continue to influence thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily functioning. Through transforming limiting patterns, deepening connection, and expanding awareness, I help clients move beyond symptom relief toward greater authenticity, meaning, and fulfillment.
In 2015, I left the corporate world to become a stay-at-home mother to my two boys and caregiver for my mother during her battle with terminal cancer. This experience, coupled with the early loss of my father, inspired a lifelong interest in understanding resilience and the way people navigate life's most challenging moments. That journey ultimately led me to counseling and continues to shape my perspective as a therapist.
